Here's a simple recipe for making a turmeric, ginger, and cinnamon drink: Ingredients: 2 cups water 1 tablespoon grated fresh turmeric root 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger root 1 cinnamon stick Honey or sugar to taste (optional) Lemon wedges for garnish (optional) Instructions: In a saucepan, bring the water to a boil. Add the grated turmeric and ginger roots, and the cinnamon stick to the boiling water. Reduce the heat to low and let the mixture simmer for about 10-15 minutes to infuse the flavors. After simmering, remove the saucepan from the heat and let the mixture cool slightly. If desired, sweeten the drink with honey or sugar to taste, stirring until dissolved. Strain the drink to remove the grated turmeric and ginger roots, as well as the cinnamon stick. Pour the strained drink into serving cups or mugs.
